PCWorld, world authority magazine that sets the standards in PC and technology, has just compiled a list of what to expect in 2009 as "Gear of the Year". Surprisingly at first place we find something that we girls will looooove very much:

we like it because: the price is right (near $700) and if you think it's fantastic, you have to see it closed! This IS Vivienne Tam's!!!
At second place we find the coolest netbook of year 2009:

Your portal to the world, the fashionable Garnet Red VAIO P Series Lifestyle PC delivers your entertainment and computing into a single, go-anywhere design. As thin as a deck of cards, this wireless wonder features an 8.0-inch extra-widescreen display, built-in mobile broadband and real-time GPS functionality. The perfect companion for work and play, the Lifestyle PC weighs only 1.5 pounds and comes equipped with an Intel processor, 2GB of pre-loaded memory and Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit operating system. The VGN-P530H is also available in Onyx Black, Chrystal White and Emerald Green - for hubby and friends.

we like it because: althought the price is a little bit higher than our budget ($899) the whole thing measures 11 by 7.9 by 0.9 inches — think an overstuffed business envelope — and weighs a mere 1.5 pounds. See it!
